Swap swipe actions between app close and notifications menu

Does not have to be implemented to the OS, but does someone know how to mod this? I know swiping down to close an app is pure sailfish/meego style, but personally I'd like to swipe up from the bottom to close because of size of the screen. Quite hard to use the device 1handed. (I got long fingers, does not help with phones) Notifications-menu could be swiped down from the top, thats not used too often. At least not yet.
